Welcome to Parcelra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"), allowing users ("you" or "your") to sign up as senders or couriers to deliver parcels internationally.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Services. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information about your parcels and deliveries.
  • Ensure parcels are properly packaged and comply with our listing guidelines.
  • Promptly deliver parcels once accepted as a courier.

4. Services and Delivery Process

Our platform allows users to:

  • List parcels for delivery by others internationally.
  • Accept deliveries from other users as a courier.
  • Track parcel status and delivery progress via our platform.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for placing parcels, courier services and other transactions will be communicated to users during the checkout process. All payments must be made through the platform to ensure transparency and security of financial transactions for courier payouts. Couriers are paid for successful deliveries according to the rates set by the platform or agreed between the sender and the courier. Payout Process:

  • Completion of delivery – The courier must deliver the package and receive confirmation from the recipient or sender through the platform.
  • Confirmation and Processing – Once delivery is confirmed, the system automatically fixes the amount to be paid.
  • Transfer of funds – After all the necessary checks, the funds will be transferred to the details specified by the courier within 3-5 business days.
  • Payout Methods – Couriers can choose their preferred method of receiving funds, including bank transfer, e-wallets, or other payment systems supported by the platform.

Commissions and Deductions

The platform may charge couriers a service fee for the use of its services (if applicable). Depending on the jurisdiction, taxes or fees may be withheld from payouts if required by law. The courier is responsible for the timely payment of all taxes related to his income. If the payment processor charges transaction fees, they may be deducted from the total payout.

Cases of delay or refusal to pay the courier

The courier may not receive the payout or may experience delays in the following cases:

  • Unconfirmed delivery – If the recipient or sender has not confirmed successful delivery through the platform.
  • Violation of terms and conditions – If the courier has violated the rules of the platform, including the transportation of prohibited goods or failure to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Incorrect payment details – If the courier has provided incorrect or invalid payment details, the payout may be declined.
  • Dispute or Refunds – If the sender or recipient has filed a complaint that results in a refund, the courier may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved.
  • Suspected fraud – If the platform detects suspicious activity, such as bogus deliveries or attempted fraud, the payout may be blocked until the investigation is completed.
  • Technical glitches of the platform – In rare cases, if there are technical issues or delays in the payment system, the payout may take longer than expected.

Dispute resolution on payments

If the courier has any questions about payments, he can contact the support service through the platform. In the event of a dispute, the platform will investigate and make a decision based on the data provided, including proof of delivery and customer feedback. If the delay in payment occurred due to technical problems, the platform will make every effort to process it as soon as possible.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Post or transport prohibited or dangerous items.
  • Use our Services for purposes other than parcel delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the platform’s account settings.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Russia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Russia.
